Have a few questions before you can decide on ordering one of our specialty lawn services? We understand and are here to help. Here are some of our most commonly asked questions asked by previous clients.

How did you come up with the total annual cost?
All pricing is calculated by adding the total individual service costs and dividing it by 12 to determine an even monthly rate. Individual service costs are determined by the size (square feet) of your lawn. The larger the lawn, generally the price goes higher. And vice versa.
Do I have to get all of the maintenance services in the agreement?
Yes, with the exception of our aeration and slit seeding services. We strive to have all the properties we maintain stand out from other landscaping service providers. Thus, we evaluate and service properties based on its specific needs.
Can I add additional services to my annual agreement?
Yes, certainly! Just let us know what you would like to add, and we’ll revise and send you an updated agreement either by mail or email. Additional costs will be prorated or divided over the remainder of your current agreement before being reset for the following year with the new services.
Can I get a discount if I prepay the full annual cost early?
Yes. We offer a 12% prepayment discount.
Can I set up a monthly auto-pay?
Certainly. We can set up a charge to a preferred credit card on either the 1st or 15th of each month for that month’s bill. Otherwise, we accept debit, credit cards, and checks.
Do the services renew each year?
Yes. Your agreement will continue to renew each year until you inform of us of any changes or cancellations. However, you can cancel your agreement at anytime. It’s not a binding contract and remaining services will continue until the end of the month.
Do I have to be present for quotes and services?
No, you do not. We’ll work with you to find a time and inform you of your quote and suggested service options.
What if my lawn hasn’t been cut in a long time (like a really long time)?
Unfortunately, our mowers are only effective for cutting overgrown lawns under 12 inches tall. However, we’ll do our best to remedy your overgrown lawn until it is manageable again.
What if I find damage to my property?
Although we’re trained to carefully manage and treat our client’s property, accidents sometimes happen. Please contact us right away if you find an issue, and we’ll document and resolve the issue immediately. Any damage caused by our crew will be taken care of by us.
What if I don’t like the final result of your service?
Contact us immediately within 24 hours of the service, and we’ll send the crew back over to do it again. If the complaint comes days after service, we’ll document the complaint and address it with our crew so it never happens again. If you think you were skipped altogether, notify us within 3 days to ensure the job gets done before your next mow.
What Discounts do you offer?
We have several available discounts. 7% Military&Veteran/Fire/Police/Teacher Discount and 12% prepay for the entire year discount.
